Personal Donation to join us in nurturing youth talent
Join our mission by setting up a standing order or make a one off donation. Every little contribution helps us to achieve our mission. It costs us ZAR2,500 to put one participant through our five week programme. For as little as ZAR210 per month you could change the life of one talented young South African.
Partner to offer alumni pathways
Our alumni are a skilled motivated talent pool. Our programme is an intense and challenging learning experience. It is fulltime and does not have a stipend. These demands filter out the less motivated. Our graduates finish as team players, able to solve difficult problems and execute challenging projects.
We are looking for partners to build on our alumni’s success and offer them pathways to contributing to the formal economy.

Partner to expand our network
We are actively looking for new communities to serve and new facilities to serve them from. Perhaps you know of a location near you or can provide a facility to advance our mission. Let us know how you would like to work with us.
Partner to provide lunch
Food fuels concentration in our classroom. We provide lunch for our participants to maximise there learning and ability to contribute in the team. You could contribute to our nutrition initiative by funding or by contributions in kind. Get in touch to let us know how you can help.
Partner to provide stationary
Our participants use post-it notes and more to facilitate their research, analysis, presentations, decision making, and project leadership. If you’d like to help with this essential learning tool, let us know what you’d like to do.

We have a structured growth strategy looking for funding.
Spread Impact
With longer-term funding we will be able to increase our footprint and our staff to reach more participants. The operating costs for a single independent centre, delivering our programme to 250 talented young South Africans per year, are around ZAR700,000
Deepen impact
Additionally, greater funding can help us to execute on initiatives to deepen the impact we have for individual participants. For instance: our alumni programme can continue support after the programme is over; digitising our programme could help us reach more talent in South Africa and even beyond.
